About

In 2013, I graduated with a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I started my work in counseling with an internship at RSA, Inc., an agency providing sex offense specific treatment with individual and group therapy. I then worked at Sound Mental Health for two years providing therapy and case management for individual adults and groups. I prefer an eclectic style of therapy including using treatments from Client-centered, Narrative, Solution-focused, Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy models.

In my personal life outside of work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking and reading.
